Jury to decide Chavez’s fate

Five weeks of testimony and argument drew to a close here on Friday when Assistant District Attorney Anne Keener turned to face former APD officer Levi Chavez and, raising her voice to a near shout, said: “That man, Levi Chavez, murdered his wife.”
